Model 700 Features:

For Continuous Rock Picking... For Larger Loads... For Complete Dumping!

Hydraulic Direct Drive features no sprocket - no chain operation!  The high torque power wheel reduction drive unit easily handles shock loads.  The computer designed and field tested Large Diameter Reel is positioned to provide more efficient transfer of rocks to the bucket Specially Contoured Tines are longer for cleaner picking.  Tines are grouped in gangs of three for greater strength.

Heavy Duty Reinforced Batts feature Batt Spring Trip Action.  Batts are reinforced for continuous picking in tough conditions and the three-batt reel provides smooth operation.  Batts pivot on greaseable, stress proof steel pins and replaceable
bushings.		 Hopper is constructed with Gussets for Stiffness and Durability.  Hopper back plate has multiple perforations to allow more dirt to sift through.


A Steep Dump Angle to get rid of all the rocks and debris.


Cast Pillow Block on bucket hinge provides greater strength and more bucket stability.


Two 3" X 31" Hydraulic Cylinders with case hardened shafts provide for bucket dumping action.  Hydraulic lines to tractor are included. Flotation Tires: 16.5L x 16.1 standard providing for mobility on soft fields.



Standard Swing Hitch is hydraulically actuated to position the hitch for either offset work position or transportation.

 Simple, single pin lockup for safe transportation.

 

Electric Solenoid Lift Option allows simulta- neous operation of reel and rake on open center tractors having insuf- ficient oil flow.

Hydraulic Line tip holder keeps your hydraulic connectors off the ground.

Cast Hitch piece is standard.  Clevis hitch is optional, shown below.

Hitch Standard Hydraulic Swing Hitch positions hydraulically to utilize full width of picker and provide marrow transport width.  Optional solid offset hitch reverses for towing.  Hitch jack is standard.
