Convenient three point hook-up for tractor spraying, this sprayer offers the choice of either a 300 or 500 gallon (U.S.) polypropylene tank.  A self-leveling boom system is standard and is available in a 50 ft., 53 ft.--4 in., 56 ft.-8 in., 60 ft. or 66 ft. application widths.  A full length nozzle protector bar is standard on all booms to reduce damage should a solid object be struck while spraying.

Assembled with all corrosion resistant materials, the 3-point sprayer utilized individual electronic ball valves for left, right, and center boom section control.  Included in the system is a 50 or 100 mesh strainer and agitation system on a separate valve for adjustable agitation.

Raven 205 monitor, safety lights and electronic boom control is included with choice of PTO driven or hydraulically driven centrifugal pump.

for road travel.

               

Options include: Manual or Electric End Nozzles, Boom Line Strainer, Mix and Fill, Bottom Fill, Raven 450 Control, Hydraulic Tip Lift and Foam Marker with Platform. Optional hydraulic Tip Lift, available on all models, allows either one or both booms to conform to ground slopes, or lifted to clear obstructions.  Each boom can be raised independently from the tractor cab.

The Summers Independent Swinging Boom is designed to "swing" rather than bounce over rough terrain.  This self-leveling system helps to maintain ground-to-nozzle distance. Ductile cast boom break-aways allow booms to swing up and back when contacting obstructions.
Optional Triple Turret Nozzles permit you to change spray tips with just a twist Quickjet dripless nozzles with extended range stainless steel tips are factory spaced at 20" and may be adjusted for height and spacing.  Quickjet nozzles are self-aligning and use a flat spray tip.  Booms are equipped with a nozzle protector bar. Boom fold spring assembly helps fold booms into transport position and is standard on 53 ft-4 in. through 66 ft. units.  Boom fold spring assembly is optional on 50 ft. models.
 



Mounted sprayers are equipped with self-contained stands for easy mounting and dismounting.

Stands provide reliable stability during sprayer storage.
Optional electric or manual End Nozzles extend coverage 6' on either side.

         

Optional Clean Water Tank is mounted conveniently and comes complete with rubber gloves and goggles for safe sprayer servicing. 		The optional Mix and  Fill System provides foam reduced filling of sprayer tank using chemical and/or water from a nurse tank.  The sprayer pump may be used when transferring tank water.

The optional 2" Boom Fill Kit provides foam reduced filling of sprayer tank with water from a nurse tank.  This kit requires use of a nurse pump.  The bottom fill can also be used as a tank drain.
