SUPERSPRAYER 
                                                         

with Wet Boom
This 2-Point Supersprayer features a 500 gal. or 750 gal. (U.S.) polyethylene tank and a self-leveling wet boom.  Ten coverage widths are available from 60 to 90 ft in 3 ft.-4 in. increments.  A full length nozzle protector bar is standard on booms to reduce damage if contact is made with another object.  Full rotation caster wheels are adjustable for common row crop spacings.
Manufactured with all corrosion resistant materials, this sprayer utilizes individual electronic ball valves for left, right, and center booms.  A dual jet agitator on a separate valve and an in-line strainer complete the system.

Options include:   Equal Boom Widths, Chemical Draw Tank, Bottom Fill, Rinse Tank, Foam Marker with Platform, Raven 450 Control Unit and Clean Water Tank complete with goggles and rubber gloves for safe sprayer servicing.

Hydraulically Driven Pump and Raven 205 Control and Safety Lights are standard equipment.

Windshield option can be added for better drift control.   Windshields are available for all boom widths.
  
Booms easily fold back to a compact transport profile.
Standard equipment Hydraulic Tip Lift and Hydraulic Boom Height Adjustment allows easy positioning for varying spray conditions.  A 30 inch cylinder provides the vertical adjustment for boom clearances in excess of 5 ft.  Hydraulic tip lift can rotate the boom tip 12 degrees to clear obstacles.
The Summers Truss-Type Flex-Action Boom System displaces vertical movements into horizontal movements reducing bounce.   Booms are hydraulically dampened and equipped with spring returns.  Spray height is hydraulically adjustable.  An optional Clean Water Tank complete with goggles and rubber gloves promotes safe sprayer servicing. Designed for fast, easy hook-up, the 2-point unit fits on all category II or III hitches.  A quick attach is recommended.

Rinse Tank

The sprayer is carried on a tractor 2-pt hitch and a pair of rugged, full rotation caster wheels equipped with 12.5L x 15" ribbed tires. 11L x 15" ribbed and 12.5L x 15" lug tires are optional.

Wheel spacing on the 500 gal. units is adjustable to follow the tractor wheels set on row centers of 60" to 88". An optional wide axle permits 132" row centers. Wheel spacing on the 750 gal. sprayers is 120" to 132".
The aluminum wet boom is equipped with dripless single, dual or triple head nozzles spaced at 20".

Quickjet nozzles are self aligning and can be used with 80 or 110 degree flat fan spray tips for desired application rates.

 Standard equipment includes self-storing stands for easy mounting and dismounting.

Optional Electric Boom end nozzles allow in-cab control of perimeter spraying.


Manually operated nozzles are also available

 Optional 2" Bottom Fill Kit provides foam reducted fill of sprayer tank and can also be used as a tank drain for easy cleanout. Mounting bracket can be relocated on sprayer to suit operator. Optional Control Grip permits alternating between circuits without moving your hand from the hydraulic lever. The Electric/Hydraulic Multiplier is required to utilize the Control Grip on the 2-Point Sprayer. Spray tanks are equipped with bottom sump for nearly complete emptying. Bottom Fill can be used as a tank drain.
